can't teleport

    I made ascension and no fate escape quest..but I can't teleport to altgard / morheim ..just ishlalgen and pandaemonium...im' lvl 23.

    Make sure you do your ceremony part and talk to you "class" trainer after you've completed that. Then go to the Teleporter guy in Pandaemonium and do the report to altgard quest.
