can't trade with Bahar at Vellia

    can't trade with Bahar at Vellia​
    Bug Description:
    i have few quests with Bahar trader, such as delivery crates of potatoes and mackerel to Bahar. None of those works. it keep on showing unable to trade. I played for 3 days in the game now, is it everyone or just me, as i couldnt see anything post things related to Bahar.​
