Can't Transfer Again!

    When someone from the staff will help me with this problem?
    I have this problem more than a week, i can't transfer my character from lumiel to ciel i did all that ask me to do and appear the following message " You have an active player transfer " and it stills like this more than a day and nathing heppened dissapear the message and i receive the credits again.
    And during this time i not log-in in my account.

    What's Happen?
