Cant use old account and create new character

    Ok, so i cant use old account because i see that:(me and my friends have the same problem)

    and when i create new account (ok maybe i can start again...) but i cant click the CREATE button, i click click and nothing ;/ i log in a website on my old account and i see all my character and its ok, but not in game...
    please help.

    i have patch 2.1 and its patching now but this have 12GB!!! :O wtf
