    Since you are playing in a net cafe, im sure there are other people playing on the same computer too!
    With that possibility, it's not unusual for other players to have voted on that comp

    So its a kinda of first come first served ? ,the 1st user of that particular PC who vote = gain credits.
    what about the 2nd user ? Stock VP
