I ignore these kinds of people who just come to talk shit and do nothing!
I just hope that who can really help us solve our problem in an opinion on our credits!

 

GM's can't help with donation matters aside from tell you how to best contact Carl, which is via a forums PM or email an admin@gamezaion.com. You can try PMing Karissa as well, as she may be able to help.

I know those of you who are waiting on donations might feel like your being scammed, and I understand how you feel, but you WILL get your credits. It's just that Carl has been extremely busy with server related issues like what happened last night. Make sure you include your account info in the PM/email as Carl won't know what account to give the credits to. If you haven't already try sending another email or PM on the forums. It may be he just missed your message by accident.

 

GM Daven, when do you think he will reply? 'cuz I've been sending him message every week in this past a month a half.

 

Hopefully Carl will get less busy but yes your most likely going to have to wait a bit longer. Till then, which ihave told legion members is to not us DUO pay. Its great because you can pay with your sms but which provider you have matter a alot because DUO Pay may not get a confirmation from them that you will be charged wit hit.

This is why i use paypal or any other service that can use paypal. Paying directly for a service puts it all on you, using thrid party, and sometimes forth party (which what duo is, it charges duo >phone >you) there is a kink that takes time to fix.
