ok i donate 1 time first time i have the screenshoot i have send a mail to admins and post on this forum but no answer i lost 40 USD

but now again happen to me i donate 25 USD and i have screen of PIN number or word
the problem was when i finish my transaction when i click to get my credits the page was in white................... so i need help about it.... i alredy donated money before.
