T_T and i use a enchanter stone L70 in ABG Jerkin ranger and system say me : Sucefull enchanted stone is in you XXXXX " and later system say me " You get Enchanted Stone L73 " and my abg JERKIN RANGER DESTROYEED!!!!! ???? AND I dont use ezxtraction with iM!!!!! :s:s:s You can see in my account the puchare of ABG jerkin and donations :S please help me T_TT_T_T.

We need screenshots of this. Screenshot your purchased the item, screenshot you enchanted, screenshot it got destroyed and screenshot of both your inventory and your warehouse.. all slots...

Without that, we can't help you.

 

??? and i donate for this and a bug destroyed my 17 euro? you can see in my account the donations.. and i dont have the screen of enchanted and destroyed because i log out. but i can put a screen of all my slots :S:S:S:S please

Is not problem re-enchanted but i pay Money real money for 2000 credits.. I only need my ABG range jacket.. and is easy to look my history of donations, pushare items only log in in your webpag www.gamezaion.com put my id,pw and see

Account name would be sufficient, and then they can ask carl to check the item id of the item lost.

As a guy that had been pvpin with Profesionalhit (his nick in game) i can assure u that he had that ABG in game :X i also tought he used extraction tools....buut he says he didnt...i hope Carl does somethin for the donation loss that time...i have 1 friend that didnt get his ABG Bow from the vote page and he's still having his donation list but Carl does nothin :X

ok i donate 1 time first time i have the screenshoot i have send a mail to admins and post on this forum but no answer i lost 40 USD

but now again happen to me i donate 25 USD and i have screen of PIN number or word
the problem was when i finish my transaction whemn i click to get my credits the page was in white................... so i need help about it.... i alredy donated money before.

i need a little help here. for first time...
