Well, I've been following the whole story since it happened and also watched the whole trial. (Thank you HLN)

You'll have more people say she's guilty than people saying she's innocent and that's because of all the lies she told the world, the fact that it took her more than 30 days to report her daughter was missing, the fact that then she said it was an accident, a lot of things just don't add up.

According to investigators there wasn't enough proof to convict her of murder, no finger prints, nothing.

According to the article you posted, she's mentally ill due to PDSD and if she's ill, why isn't she sent to a mental institution but instead they're letting her roam free?

Even if she didn't do it, she should've been charged with more than just "lying to the police". she has caused a lot of trauma on a lot of people, including some of those that searched for her "so-missing daughter" which then turned out to be yet another lie.

One thing that still bothers me is this.

If it was a horrific accident, who dumped the body in the woods? <= this one still hasn't been explained.

Yeah - I still don't get how that one wasn't explained.

PTSD depending on severity is not a required disorder that needs a mental institution.. My husband has PTSD and he was pretty bad.. He did go to rehab for 5-6 months and counseling after that.. So it all depends on how sever it is.

My husband still is not cured of this disorder. It takes time.

I'm sorry to hear that Bella,

On a side note going back to the topic, your husband wasn't accused of murdering his child and lying to cover an "accidental death" nor taken to court for it.

You have to ponder, "is it safe to keep this woman roaming free? someone that can go so far as to cover a death? should she be allowed near other children?

@redcox - True, but why didn't the judge award her temporary insanity from the beginning... if that article is, infact true.. *shrugs*

    Well here's the funny thing.

During the trial, she was examined by 2 different experts on regards to her mental health and they said she was fit for the trial. This whole case was a big charade...
