casting speed + attack speed armsfusion

Since I now know that SWs can benefit from attack speed more so than casting speed if some players are to be believed, that being the case, I wanna ask if both attack speed and casting speed stack if you fuse 1 weapon with the former and the other one with the latter?

Yes, casting speed or attack speed are there if you armfused. Discordant, Shepard, Sauro Commander Harp and etc has Casting Speed. While Exalted Katalium,Special Ambassador, Special Elite Ambassador Harp and etc has Attack Speed
