Casting Time Boost Bugged?

I got 2 chars (a Sorc and a SM), Both with taha weaps, which are supposed to add -20% time to casting time.. But when I check my character status It seems the casting time is the same as If I didn't have the item..
same in pvp.. casting time is exatly the same as when u use a normal orb/ book..
Is that a bug or smt like that?

Spiritmaster Casting Time = 1.0 . . .
I used to play in another server and with taha orb I had 0.8 casting time.. (20% less. .)

Well I'm not entirely certain but it could be that the boost isn't registered in your stats but still exist. So yeah, I'm going to log on my sorc and my SM and see if I there's actually any difference in casting speed with Taha or if it's actually bugged.

EDIT: From what I can tell on my SM there's a difference between Taha cast speed and Elder Tome which was only one I had lol so going on Sorc now to test.

EDIT2: Well just was on my sorc and there's a difference between with Taha and without so I'd say the boost is there but it's not being registered in your stats. ^^

 

i use scrol 4 increasing casting speed, but not incease my casting speed in my stat
bugged ?
