catching game

Good Morning, well I have a problem that is making me more and more discouraged, and I am already wanting to stop playing because of him, my game every time, every 5 ~ 10 minutes played direct, the game hangs and does not come back, then I try to change the page and come back to see if it does, but then the screen is all black and I can not go back ... I can hear all the details of the game, skills, people moving and etc ... if anyone knows solve this please could you help me?
