Bug CD Log Bugged and Randomly ported out of Infinity Shard

So, I was in an alliance using my song weaver on Siel. We came close to the end of killing the Hyperion when I was suddenly tossed from the instance. I was ported back to sanctum randomly. I scrolled through the text carefully and didn't see anything say what would have sent me. I thought maybe a scroll. But I don't have any teleportation scrolls on my Quickbars. I was still in the alliance however when I was tossed out so it wasn't as if the instance booted me for being solo. Does this mean I am out of luck ? Or because it appears to be a system glitch at least, maybe I can at least get the drops associated with the hyperion x.x
Oh and we seem to have an issue on Lumiel that prevents us from seeing our CDs.
