Central Market patch?

Hello there GamezBD community, I am going to ask because I am confused.

"Fixed bidding buy order calculate at central market (now 100% selecting entry with lowest price)"

I am not trying to be difficult, or be an arse, I am just not entirely sure what this actually means?

On the 7th of October, we got "buying highest entry instead of lower price", which is about buying, not placing in an item for sale. Which means that items are still automatically being placed at the minimum prices available, when you want to sell, instead of automatically placed at highest price possible.

Then on the 8th of October, we got "now selecting LOWEST price", which basically means that the patch update, from one day earlier, isn't working anymore.
They are opposites, unless I am reading it wrong, or misunderstanding something.

So...my question is;

What is going to happen with the Central Market here on GamezBD?

Will you still just implement retail-standards, leaving the market empty and in chaos (as it is now)?
