Chaining BP

This is mainly question for Templars. How do you chain your Shieldburst - Switch weapon - Break Power? At the moment, I have Shieldburst bound to Q, BP to E and switch weapon to R so that I can chain it as easily as possible but the Switch weapon sometimes doesn't react due to Auto Attack and I miss my BP chance. I also made a macro for it but it also isn't 100% accurate and at times it stops after the Switch Weapon part. Here's my macro:
