Chance to Obtain [Black Spirit's Special Dice Piece] x1 From Lifeskills

I'd like to suggest a little BOOST in interest towards gathering as a lifeskill.
If player has over 600 Mastery in Gathering, they could have a small chance (same chance as Mass of Pure Magic) to obtain [Black Spirit's Special Dice Piece] x1

This would be a great way to get more dice, and not even that much more, you could make maybe 2 or 3 a day but this would motivate a lot of people to do more Gathering.

Players should feel keen to go to gathering even if its for something this small
