Change Email for account support

one old player here was create an account and for personal reasons he was stop to play

now that he try to change his password from the website panel to start again here
the website says to verify the request from his mail but the fact is that he doesnt remember which mail he gave

we got the account infos(name and pass)and the character have been created

there is a way to change to mail of the account to a new one?
