changing server character bug?

    i tried to change server, from lumiel to siel, and after 40 min still nothing. My credits were deduced from my account.

    amt uehara has already discussed the issue you are having with me. I'll check to see if there are any failed transfers when I am at the keyboard, though I think that should have been taken care of.

    make sure that you follow the directions to the letter, and have at least two to there rows of character warehouse open.

    i have my warehouse totaly empty, my character inventory 3 spaces left, i think im doing everything correctly.I need leave for today, i come back tomorrow.

    I only would like to know if is possible one AM to see if im trying to bring to siel any itens that may be the cause of the problem.
