Channel 3 - Tett Offin Boss (bug)

I have been attacking the boss in intervals depending on my health, as the only person attempting it on channel 3 i have no doubt that i wont be able to beat it, but the boss hasn't de-spawned and bugged out, not allowing me to hit it or even giving me a drop....i have been doing this for over an hour!

These are images to show i was there and died a few times and to also prove i got absolutely nothing from the boss.

 

Moved channel to channel 1, attempted offin again....no luck again....bugged out and hasn't given drop.
