Channels are bugged

    It appears after the recent server maintenance, the area and global channels have been disabled for everyone.
    It is no longer possible to chat in /1 /2 /3 etc. as characters do not join those channels when logged in.

    Edits: My templar's Vash GS got robbed of its godstone that was slotted today o_o
    Luckily it was some crappy one but still weird...
