Solved char cant login

sir my character pureskilll lvl 65 song weaver is bug cant open it and aion closing
can you help me

If yes, log on with one and type: .fix Pureskilll

 

i already did it but doesn`t work what can i do .... my all items are there please help me soon as possible because my vip will be wasted i wait 1month to get vip i cant play without item ..... or deliver to my another char

 

Our SAM's will try their best to unstick your bugged character manually soon and reply to you here.
If that doesn't work out, it means you will have to wait until a server reboot (which is not scheduled so it can take a few days or even a week sometimes).

Try to log in now, an SAM has just attempted to unstick your character.
If your character is still bugged, then as I said:

But i cant open it now.. Even any Character on that same account can't be opened.. All the times im trying to open, they're all DC

 

Then it means your character is hard stuck and only a server restart can help it.

There is a lil bit of confusion of my part now. First off, you told me you have already tried using the .fix command, then after I had told you to try to log in again, you say now you cannot log on with any of your characters. Which one is it now? You could log on with other characters before but not now?
As for your question, I have already told you above that server restarts are not scheduled so we can't always tell beforehand when they are going to happen sadly.

And please include a screenshot below of what you see when you try to open your game so we can figure out if it's really a hard stuck together. Thank you.

Sir.. I'm still trying to open my stucked character.. But like the first one.. It's still stucked. A few moments ago.. I cannot open my Account and the only thing showing is : Cannot Open A Socket From the Login Server.
