char stucked up in lvl9

    been doing a lot of quest to lvl up but my char stucked up and stopped lvling till 9...already did unstuck my char thing
    2 days ago but still my char is still lvl 9...is there something i shld do??? or wait more days till my char starts to lvl up from 9...pls tell me what to do pls. and ty.

    You have to do the Ascencion Quest to choose a new Subclass and proceed lvling.
