Character Bugged/Stuck

I know there is a thread regarding this problem somewhere but I'm too irritated to look for it as of the moment. I'm calling out the AMs to please fix my character and account. I guess it's not only me having these problems, heard a lot of people does too. I may not be someone special but please hear my call. My character name is Disintegrate (Gladiator) from Siel-Asmo. I already tried logging in other toons and then try to go back to the main one but unfortunately nothing's changed. I hope to get a quick reply from the staff. Well I expect them to be since there are a lot of AMs,staff, admins lately. Again, please do hear my call.

Thanks in advance!
