Character doesnt move

I just got to Velia, im lvl 24. went to the blacksmith and the game freezed. i had to log out from windows and when i logged back in i couldnt move my character. the only way it moves when i press esc and click on the ground. like i dont had a keyboard. it doesnt do anything except i press esc. I tried to create a new character and everything works fine there but when i log back to my "main" character its the same and i cant do anything.
