Character Freeze in Nothern Serendia​

Bug Description:

North of Alejandro Farm there is a bug now that is freezing players in place while the game is unaffected and keeps running as normal however the Character is frozen in place and you are unable to relog or do anything for at least around 1 minute and sometimes it never recovers leaving your Character frozen in-game without you being able to do anything about it at all, this has happened before around Heidel City but it has never been this bad before since now there is no recovering from the freeze as there was in Northeastern Heidel a while back. Now I am no expert but it does seem like something is being done on purpose to create this fault as in some trolls figured out how to do this and they are doing it in different places since it used to be around Heildel City that this would happen then it was Kamasylvia and now here. I do not know if it is only on Channel 2 but that is where I had it happen three times the exact same place.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I even cannot take a screenshot of the happening at all since the game is unresponsive and will not let me do anything not even end game or relog I have to end task in task manager to end the problem, however when I login again I have a small amount of time to move away from the area affect but if I continue in the same direction the Character freezes once again.
