Character Missing.

So the issue started around 3 weeks ago-ish...it was after the last update. I thought it was just some minor bug because sometimes when I do log in, the character list is empty, so i just close and reopen the game to solve it.

But this issue seems to be more permanent. I checked the gamezbd.net for my account information and it still lists my only 2 characters of still being there, but they're not in the in-game selection list. I've tried the "rescue" option as well and still nothing.

 

There are two servers, NA and EU. Make sure you check the server where these characters are.

 

I had this same issue. Was suddenly missing 2 characters, exiting and restarting fixed it for me.
