    Hey,
    Recently transfered from Lumiel to Siel. My character cannot be invited to group, can't receive whispers, can't be invited to legion. I think my character is bugged. Can anyone take a look at it for me or know how to fix this problem?

    If your character still have that UNK on it's name, you'll have to change it's name.

    This is correct.
    As name just use 1 uppercase (at the start) and the rest lowercase, otherwise you will still have this bug

    Hey guys,

    Thanks for the quick response. The name has been changed already. There's nomore UNK. There is more than 1 capital letter in the name though. Did not know that was not allowed since it did not give me any type of error.

    Well you will have to change the name again to fix this issue. When you create a character the name it will have will start with a capital letter and the rest lowercase, even if you try to use "HeHeHeH" it'll be "Heheheh". This does not happen with the tickets though
