Character server change

    I tried now for the second time to change my character from lumiel to siel, 1st time 2 hours had passed and nothing, then i told to one of the AM and aparently he gaved me my credits back. Then i tried again and now 30 min passed and nothing yet, is there something wrong in what im doing? can some AM help me change my character to siel?
