Character Skill Bugged

I´m a Ninja ( lvl60 ) and i cant do one awakening skill called "Flow: Mach Explosion".

I believe that its me, not the character Ninja because i ask to other Ninja players and they could do the skill without any problem.

No, the skill isnt lock.
Yes, i already tryed to reset the skills.
Yes, i already tryed to play in another computer.
And Yes im doing the skill right because i can do it on my brother Ninja, but neither him or me can do it on my account.

There is no such thing as it works with others but not with yours.
In order to be able to use Mach Explosion make sure to learn the required skill which is Drastic Measure.

It could also be your hotkeys.

 

i have mach explosion, the skill just doesnt work, like i do the skill 100 times, and from that 100 times only works 1 or 2 times
and if i try on my brother Ninja i do it every single time

 

If you managed to use the skill even just once then your character is not bugged. You might be doing something wrong.

 

thats impossible because when i try on ym brother Ninja i can do it perfecly every time, and when my brother try on ym ninja he also cant do the skill

 

Did you try resetting your hotkeys? I don't see what else could cause this.
