Character still stuck

Hi its been two weeks since my character is stuck did all what the Aion masters told me, tried /fix command, done, requesting unstuck request in gamez website still no action has done. What happen ? I thought the game was to help players problems not ignore. Tsk. I cant wait that long.

 

I am pretty sure you have been told to wait for a server reboot since apparently that's the only thing that could help if unsticking your toon manually by a SAM didn't help.
Not because we don't care and not because your problem is ignored either, but because the issue you've been struggling with can only be solved through a server restart which is most of the time not scheduled.

ok.. i understand.. i hope for server restart soon. cause I really need to play it cause all my items are in that character. Cant do anything much without that char.

I have tried getting you unstuck manually with my reset button around 3 times, and I have told you to use the .fix command like you already mentioned. It ended up not working, so I told you that when a player cannot be unstuck with my tools or your .fix command, the only other solution is a server restart. I do not see how we ignored you or did not help you. Server restarts happen whenever the server needs one, or whenever the server crashes. The server will not be restarted just to get a player unstuck. So please, as people have already told you, be patient and wait for one!
