Character stuck after logging out

Bug Name:

Character stuck after logging out

Bug Description:

I started yesterday morning on this game. I made a maehwa named Neluthiel and leveled until 24, went to town and logged out after registering the horse that was given as a reward and logged next to the stables at Heidel city. After i logged back into that character i could not move or type in chat but i can use the ESC menu. I made a mystic named Kitakami and did the blackspirit quests until i reached level 23 and went to get the horse that i registered at Heidel. I went to the storage there and logged out but when i came back same thing happend, cant chat or move but can only use the ESC menu. I made a Kunoichi named Komeiji, did everything the same way exept logging out inside a town and so far it has not been stuck yet. I want to use the characters Neluthiel and Kitakami but they are stuck. Lareldal on discord suggested to use the website reset location option but that did not work. Lareldal tried reseting my character location a few times while i was ingame but with no success, even tried moving me out of town and relogging to see if that helped but that did nothing, still stuck. I tried everything, resetting my modem, restarting my pc, did a recheck on the files using the launcher but that did not help. Please help me get those two characters unstuck or at least Neluthiel so i can use the 7 day outfit that the login reward gave me.

How to reproduce/proof:

1. Make a new character.
2. Do the blackspirit quests until the green tree kill quest
3.Get it to around level 23
4.Go to Heidel and log out where theres a lot of people
5.Get back in and get stuck

I tried to reproduce the bug on a new character (Gyako) but it did not get stuck even after several log out/logins.
