Character stuck in nothing...

    when I was playing game froze up so I re logged then re booted the client. Now however when I go to play it will allow me to start the game with the character but then I load in a completely blank screen. I don't know what is going on I submitted a player unstuck request but if this is a problem someone has had can you help please?
