Character stuck on character order.

When I started playing here I made my character X (Warrior) got it to level 25 and decided to to roll to Character Y Striker. I got my Striker level 51, but this didn't feel right so I switched my focus on Musa what I have been playing over month now and what is right this very moment my main. I did made couple of extra alts (total 11) for Night Vendor and most of them are around level 25 area.

Couple of days ago when I switched from Arsha with my Musa to Channel 2 I noticed that my character changed not from Musa to Musa with different channel, but I switched to my Warrior. And then I noticed my whole character load order was mixed up (As I keep most played classes first and useless alts lower end).

As I tried to fix this I was able to move all my characters except my Warrior, what now is stuck on top 1 spot. I have tried to check my files etc. nothing helps, my Warrior is just there spot 1.

I would not mind this, but if I want to switch from lets say from Channel 2 to Arsha and back, then this happens:

1. I'm on my Musa and pick Server Change - Asha.
2. My character switched to Arsha, but on my Striker
3. I need to switch my Striker to Musa
4. I'm on my Musa and pick Server Change - Channel 2
5. My character switches to Channel 2, but on my Warrior.
6. I need to switch my Warrior to Musa.

I did some reading and it might be Cache issue and if this is the case then this might be the fix:

• Close your game client.
• Delete the UserCache folder in C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Black Desert directory.
• Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder.

Does anyone know if this will:
1. Reset UI layout ? If yes then what files I need to backup so I won't lose my UI layout ?
2. Reset game general settings ?
3. Reset Chat tabs ?
