Character Stuck

hi im getting bored in this posting many threads about this character stuck yet still stuck and no actions from the higher staff and this hasn't resolved and those admins in here confirmed that there is no serious discussion about getting it fixed...admins presence in here is very active here i respect that immensely but typically it is more of a "putting out fires and reacting to issues" type of response instead of being managed with a level of high level client service i am always hoping this gets fixed, but to be completely honest this has not fixed the issue the last fourth times. I am beginning to feel like Gamez just doesn't care to fix it.
