Solved Characters gone after removing UserCache

So my game was crashing when I was trying to log on specific character. I saw durning loading screen that removing Cache files may fix crashes, so I did (I aslo delete GamezBDO from local appdata). Now my character list is empty... Does this servers store your characters data only on your pc? Force checking files didn't help.

 

Haven't you logged into the wrong server by mistake after cleaning?

 

Oh snap, you'r right. Those cache or appdata files keept wich server i had picked and now it change to wrong one. Ty for help, we can close/delete this thread.

Hold on, one of my characters still crashing the game...
I was exiting calpheon through north gate and game just disappear/crash at some point and now every time i try to log on that char game insta crash. Other chars work fine tho...

Have you tried to reset the character location? Login to our web site and you can find a list of characters on your panel with an option to reset their location.

ah... all my characters start to crash when they get near calpheon... are there some crashlogs or something?

 

You might have some broken files... Try a Force Check again to see if the launcher has anything to fix.
