Chat.log problem

so i have problem with chat.log after 2.5 update.
chat log stopped recording anything after 2.5 update

this is what i have in system.ovr :

-- [System-Configuration]
-- add your settings to this file, not system.cfg
-- Also setup for ACT [Advanced Combat Tracker]
-- so no system.ovr modification is needed.

i edited system.ovr - tryed to add those two commands i've found in google
log_Verbosity = "1"
log_FileVerbosity = "1" - didnt help

i tryed to delete and manually create system.ovr - didnt help
i downloaded system.ovr from gamez forum , replaced it - didnt help
i added -DEVMODE "g_chatlog 1" in extra command line in aion proporties in NCSoft louncher - didnt help
i deleted and installed aion in different HDD , created system.ovr - didnt help

i didnt put in aion folder any other files form other servers couse i dont play anywhere else and like i said chat.log stop recording dmg , chat etc after 2.5 update and now in newly installed folder its not creating chat.log file.

dunno what else i could do ... anyone can help me?
