Cheap Feed for pets is a bit RNG​

Bug Description:

1. btw. you can`t upload imags if you use the submit formular
It needs an edit, also you get redirected to the frontpage of the forum after submitting, annoying too .

2. Cheap Feed restores 12 health, but it goes up and down.


btw.: The hunger going down time on red status is too slow, it should go faster down, so leveling a pet to 10 takes much longer as on retail.​

How to reproduce/proof:

buy cheap feed from stable and restore energy from pets, on different %.

Also pls... fix the pet speed of leveling them it is sooo slow, 3 days playtime for level 6,7,8

It still make problems, and... why intended?
Also if you have pets hungry and put them in and then out, they are refilled to like 60%. So... why should anyone buy pet food or craft it if you can just take pets in/out to refill?
Switching char/Server also fill pets.
