Class not registered terminating program

Hi' my game worked perfectly fine for the past couple of weeks but today when i started the launcher i got this... i did try to reinstall the launcher and disabling the firewall but all i get is this error i wonder if any other version of this launcher will help me because this one is not working at all. thanks in advance

 

So the Class Not Registered Error can be a ton of different things, however *mostly always* it refers to a .DLL error.
Now 4 questions for you.
1. are those all the Troubleshooting steps you have done so far??
2. Windows OS version ??
3. does this happen with any other program ( try opening 1 that you haven't opened in a long time and one that you sort of used..
4. Have you Restarted the Machine Completely ??

Now what I need you to do is after you do 1 step. restart the computer. check that the Step you took is saved and then launch the GameZBD launcher and try to get in game... keep doing until either you finish those steps or until 1 of those steps solves the Issue.

 

thanks for helping i did try what you said but it did not work but i fixed it by reseting my windows setting.
