"Class" Ultimate Challenge Event

Sounds like good idea for an event! Good luck and have fun with it

 

It's all specified on the first post. If I get all the players I need, it'll be tonight at 9pm EST.

also would be better to post schedules of the fight since probably most of the participants would be in different time zones.

 

That's why I said on the initial post that I would inform them of the event time and location once I had enough people.

Sadly, I still need more players. I will update this once more tomorrow and I should have enough to start the event.

It's a bit tedious but I still want to make it happen.

I have the brackets ready and I will also post it with the name of all the players that are going to participate.

I'm just as excited about this as everyone else. What would really help is listing which classes you need, and how many from each class e.g. 2 glads, 1 ranger, 3 sorcs, etc. I'm really looking forward to participating. Thanks for the event.

I figured that much but I don't have GM super powers to dish out ABG/Masta stuff.

Besides, it's meant to be fun rather than just the prizes.

I'll still wait for more people to sign up.

 

why not change the mechanics? instead of class v class, bracket all participants?

 

that's the first thing I did not want to do for the following reasons.

1- It wouldn't be somewhat original and/or different than the events that GMs already do in-game
2- It's meant to be a challenge to face someone of your own class that way you as a player can show that you dominate your class.
3- After this event I was going to host another event with the 8 winners (1 from each class) on which they would PvP each other for a final prize besides the MCD item they won on the first event.
4- I also have planned out a larger tournament event which would go across races and in the end the winner from each side will face each other.

Unfortunately it's quite hard to get people to join these kind of events and I think for the last event I have planned, I would need to cooperation of some of Gamez staff to help out.

I would make it a big tournament event if only the players were a bit more cooperative. Most people only seem to listen to GMs which is kinda frustrating if you know what I mean.


Once again, I'm still waiting for more participants, if anyone else is interested, let me know asap.

Because if you did you would realize that GamezAion is divided on two servers. Siel and Lumiel
