Might be back to 2.7 but it by no means feels like the old gamez, server has shitty rates, zero starter gear (because who wants to grind 55 levels with trash gear/rates), nothing decent in webshop. Might as well just play a retail server at this point. How hard is it to put old rates back (200-300% exp) and just make it how 2.7 gamez used to be ffs.

Well, to be fair, the exp rate is so slow, kinda too slow,
you need to realise that getting to lvl 55 is just the start of the game, i wont play 1 month to get to 55, and after that to spend 5-6 months to hunt bosses alone, because there are no players on, and i have to to all solo ... i dont know who runs the show here, but the ideea of 1x exp is actually killing the server again... the players of aion, are 30+ most of us, cause the young guys, like more pew pew/die die games, not this epic game... so please, mister Carl, upper the xp so we can populate the server and enjoy the game!!

I get your point. However, think of new players who whats to enjoy the classic Aion (Also, the old players who wants to play this server again, which remembers that it is easy to level up here). You cant solo all the campaign quest in Morhiem and Beluslan anymore. The mobs are too strong. I think IMO, its better to increase the XP rate and drop rate. Players nowadays dont appreciate grinding, they just want to PVP more. Also, reduce the time of the boss hunt. 10 hours is too long. Just saying.

 

the point here is this game is more on PVP and boss Raid, me as an old player i don't want to spend more time on grinding just to lvl up,
leveling now is killing our time and its a waste, grinding for a day just to do quest and the mobs are too strong to finish the quest just to have a decent exp.
all i want to say is just bring back the old exp rate so were not wasting time on leveling specially with no decent gear and low drop rate

 

the exp is low not it take 17-23hrs to lvl account to 55.

 

Exp rate used to be 200% (300 with VIP). Went from level 10 to about 35-40 with theo tiger mobs in 1 pull.

 

I dont know if you got the point, most of us are 30+ years old, we have families and other duties this days, as much as we want to play alot, we cant dedicate this game more than 2-3 house tops daily, maybe weekends more ...
So, i got to ask for higher xp, so we can enjoy the beauty of the game after that ... no one enjoys the grinding and leveling, with no actuall purpouse ...

 

yeah, it's kinda boring grinding to get to level 55 I'm stuck at level 23 coz the items suck!

 

You should use the coins you get from level reward to buy the lv 21 gear in Eltnen. Then use the silver coins, gold, plat...

 

the thing is we have already experienced before that it has a starter pack.

 

oh, I am talking to just recently got joined the forum I had been playing this game since 2010 lol, this game is as classic as I am!

 

Im in the same situation. just exped my first char to 55 yesterday, that's why I recommend you to use the coins =)
