Solved Cleric vs Chanter

I went thru the same struggle of choosing between cleric and chanter when I was just starting to play Aion. I always wanted to see a lot of colorful buffs coz it makes me feel invincible which chanter has but I wanted to heal effeciently which can only be achieved by a cleric. I've tried both classes and I fell in love with cleric. If you put 2 groups with same DPS classes but 1 has chanter and the other has cleric with same game experience and gears, group with cleric will win imo. In the end, it's really up to you which class you would enjoy playing, just a thought.

 

How could anyone enjoy the mage classes? I mean I've personally played sorc but don't you get tired of Sleep>Big Magma Eruption>Glacier Shard or whatever dumb nuke you wanna do? Also how could you enjoy dying faster than the speed of light?

 

Some might argue Chanter and Cleric are close to the same but in no way are they close, Ive played both Cleric and Chanter and they are just 2 completely different play styles. I absolutely fell in love with Chanter but I feel likes its cause I used to play glad.

 

I applaud you for not going the typical SW way. Also if you are playing as a sorcerer, be one of those people that knows the way sorc is meant to play and not the simple and typical rotation Bagoosh said.

For me Chanter support is more challenging. Though I'd like to more decent>OP cleric on this server.

 

I experienced that visuals are the least one cares about in Aions PvP. Look at all those damn penguin gladis. They prove it.

 

Blame the Koreans for all the 1ft long legged huge head characters also. xD

 

I find the 20-inches-giant-eyed-comic-head-characters way worse. Those just make me want to crush their faces.

PS: Those were the reason why I played and AoE driven gladi on my old server, so I could send as many of them to hell as I was able to catch with my extend.
