Client Crashes when I try to log in as my Ranger

HI My Name is Rob I have been having this problem ever since gamezaion updated to 4.5 I bought a vip account and sold all my abg gear on both my ranger and my glad I ever since they updated the servers to 4.5 when I try to load up my ranger it crashes the client my ranger is a female asmodian pls help

 

Log in to your account and use any of your characters except your ranger. Then type .fix (your ranger's name), you will then get a notification "(ranger name) has been fixed.". Go to character selection and try logging in your ranger. If that doesn't work, go to the GamezAion website, log in your account and look for the "Unstuck Request" feature, select your ranger's name and a request will be sent. Note that when using the Unstuck feature, you MUST NOT log in your bugged toon until a server restart happens.
