Client Freezes... Help Please!

Hello,
Uhm my Problem is that when i log in it says im already logged in, thats not the bad thing after i accept the Agreement the Client freezes. I cant do anything anymore as just to close it. I did everything as Normal updated it to 4.0 and it starts normally but i dont know what to do...

Help me Please D: !

 

Hmmmmm please use unstuck request or something cos ur char is kinda stuck

 

Wait about 10 seconds to accept the terms after typing your account info

 

@TarantadongPinoy i got many Chars should i make them all?

Send an unstuck request to all the chars of that account, or if you remember the last one you was logged in, then try what I said first

 

So uhm it may has something to do with the Account because i created a 2nd Acc and there it works with no Problems
When i do the Unstuck Request how long will it take? Still Thanks for Helping

And yes, it's some character that is stuck, try sending an unstuck request if you want to all the characters in that account and then try to log in. Seems like a low-level stuck, those that can be fixed with only sending to the right character, if you manage to log in, but an specific character keeps giving you problems, you might need a server restart to fix your problem.

 

Ok so now with my 2ND Account i come till i can choose a Server but then it freezes and i cant do anything again.
With my Real Account i cant get further as before nothing has changed.
So nothing really helps me

 

Are you using some kind of ping reducer? When this started? Have you logged in before with your 1st account?

 

No im not using something like that. I tried both accounts only with the 2nd i reach till i can choose a server but then freeze so it freezes no matter with what Account i log in.

 

Make sure the size of this file: 3d8thk.dll inside Aion/Bin32 is 120 kb, also try restarting your computer/modem, if you still can't access it, you are going to need to wait for a server restart.
