    is this the effect of the new update that needs to install the C++ 32bit? after the latest update i got dc every 30mins or less and now this happens . what should I do? Screenshot (26).png

    Well what I can see is that the Black Dessert Client is trying to tell you that you are running on 32 bit of an Operating System. Are you?

    And maybe your RAM is low.

    How many GB of ram you got there?

    im using 32 bit because i cant play with 64 bit it happens after the latest update and im using 8gb of ram.

    I think you're the first one experiencing this kind of error here since no one is posting the same prob as yours as of today, If I am not wrong about it.

    but well why can't you play on 64bit before? what kind of error you getting on it.

    Actually he is not the only one, this problem started right after the recent patch.

    Carl is aware and working on it, all we can can is wait for a fix which will be soon hopefully.
