Client & Launcher -CONFUSION-

I don't even know where to start... Does this server use the official game as base or there's a modified to download somewhere??? I have checked the website here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qIfPiVd_cLeCaq3jG-wPTcQF7iJkhKGo/view but non of the links are working... A simple torrent would suffice please, for convenience.
Is this server alive? I have a hard time believing so as just downloading this seem to be a process on its own xD

The installation instructions are unclear... I'm supposed to download "GamezAion" from a site that doesn't work and extract "GamezAION_7.0.zip"? What even is "GamezAion" is it an installer, a zip file, is GamezAion the entire game or just client/launcher hotfiles for the Gamez servers or what? Do I get official Aion first, and if so which? NCSoft's or Gameforge's version?

Please help someone, this server seems awesome. I played on GamezTera back when it just launched, loved the server but GamezAion for some reason seem to be difficult to get.

 

Quick replies would be helpful too, as it's gonna take me the whole night to download Aion, and I don't wanna download the wrong thing xD
