    So my friend is stuck downloading @ 84% and I believe it's because he forgot to change his download speed. Is there a way to change it or is it going to be stick at 512kb/s?

    Well the way that most people have solved this is to end the launcher whenever it gets stuck for about 30-45 mins or so, I know that the launcher then has to recheck the files but it is well worth it if you really want to come back into the game sooner rather than later, this is something that helped me a couple of times but it is not recommended to do this every 5 mins as it will only be a burden to the torrent system if you keep reloging.
