    I dont know what the problem is but whenever i go to sanctum or log on to a person that is in sanctum the game exits out and says the aion client has stopped working.

    try logging onto a different character who is not located in sanctum and see if it works
    for all your character might be stuck
    or your client cannot handle the capacity of people on
    since sanctum is the most crowded place of elyos
