You guys are in such a rush to do nothing u closed my thread before i had a chance to post a screenshot i made of the purchase history of my items, proving i had the items since November-December 2010

but oh well .... here is the image i uploaded.

You could merely ask a staff member to access your logs and look there. Or I guess rescreenshot without editing.

 

by all means, please check my logs and purchase history and see i dont lie about it .... i paid with real money for my abg set and my tahabata and mastarius bows in Nov-Dec 2010, and frankly i expected better support for the paying customers of your server.

i can't re-screenshot without editing, simply because even tho i use 1600x1200 screen resolution on my monitor the purchase list is too huge to get all in one screenshot. so, do check my logs and especially the purchase history. can't wait.

 

For what I know the policy of the server is that if you got hacked, you are on your own so goodbye... Which I think is not very nice... There are too many guys out there that can make a simple Brute Force hacking application and too many people post their usernames here to solve problems... and other use same username as forum name... What should be done is check the logs, get the hacker, ban him and return your original items... That would be justice... and verify all the accounts that are associated with the hackers IP... That is what I would do at least, and I used to have a WoW pserver and a Ragnarok Pserver...
