and i want to see them once giving to crystal a good update ( i see only fails) - update that tooked 2 months of waiting to be finished - >.< , seriously i just want to see this server flourish ...

i talk for miself ... and please we need someone to coordonate crystal like ash did it ..., but ash is a unique person >.< , u'll not find someone dedicated as much as she was ...

I support Demetras idea in the way i can... sorry if its not enough. With that said, I know for personal experience that you dont need to worry for the server to shut down in the short term... Once i was in a server that had max 10 people at week... And it didnt shut down, when it did, it was because the owner didnt feel like running it anymore cause it was his only server. Thats not the case here... Crystal wont shutdown overnight... Everybody was aware that the update will bring more damage that good, well its a Pserver get over it, unless the owner is the master developer (there is a server like that, that start with "A" for instance), is incredible difficult to maintian it.

I have to agree with the the idea that if you people love Crystal that much, make it a personal crusade and bring more people to it, its your beloved server, fight for it, not just in a forum.

About staff, well... besides the Bella stuff right now, its very noticeable that they do not have a cohesive stand... these dramas and stuff will keep poping out from time to time... also remember that most of the staff (no offense to anyone) is not profesional hired people, there is a limit at what you can ask from them... and at how much they can give.

Lets be real about all this... we need things to change. I dont know if they will change, but is a nice hope to have... And plis be clear in what changes... we want that the backstabbing and missinformation caused by staff to be over and to have a clear stand as GAMEZ, that respect the community not only money wise... But this has nothing to do with server development, it will stay crappy as a play platform for a good while you know.

@zee does belle not have a voice of her own? Its nice that u are so loyal to her but i think u only make it worse instead of better. If Belle has something to say about this then let her do it by herself and not u. But come on to all of the staff. U will always have ppl who complains about stuff. You are trowing with mud now. How do u think this will be for new ppl if they check the forum and see how staff is talking 2 the players. I dont know what happend and honestly i dont care. But out of this its clear to me that the staff has difficulties with each other. They fight it out in the open and players see their changes to fight with this because they are already pissed off about a lot of things (can't blame them tho thats the reason i left). WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR PROFESIONALITY. Dont hang your dirty laundry in the open like that. And even if u are angry with a player stop calling him names or whatever and act like a grown up and show them some respect. If i work in a shop and i have a very annoying costumor i dont give him names either. I put a smile on my face and i help him the best i can. When he leaves i can yell, give him names whatever but u cant do that in the open. Its not professional at all. U can pm him or her or whatever but ppl come on this is redicilous.
