Combat calculation differences

    Hello,
    Is there a list of the differences in combat calculations for pve and pvp? I heard that mobs have a 100% player accuracy and players have a 100% monster accuracy. Making evation/dodge not useful for pve. However the calulations are normal in pvp.

    Is this true? If so is there a summary of combat calculation changes that are different than retail. I can figure out my gearing and playstyle path easy. I just need to know more.
